A kingdom is defined as a realm or sphere in which one thing is dominant. At The Kingdom Charter School of Leadership, our sphere of dominance is academic excellence and leadership. A glance at today’s news indicates that many individuals in local, national and international news possess abilities which have taken them to great heights of power and influence. However, a lack of character, discipline and leadership make it impossible to sustain their place of influence in society. There are certain characteristics which are common to all kingdoms. The distinguishing characteristics of The Kingdom Charter School of Leadership include: the law (mission statement), territory, citizenry, privileges, social culture and army.
THE LAW (Mission Statement): The Kingdom Charter School of Leadership is a school dedicated to equipping students to become inquisitive, life-long learners by providing an environment of academic excellence in mathematics, science and technology through constructivism, experiential learning and leadership theory of high performance which will enable students to impact and compete in the global community.
TERRITORY: Gloucester Township is located in Camden County, New Jersey.
CITIZENRY: In operational year one, The Kingdom Charter School of Leadership will begin educating students from Kindergarten through grade 3. It is the school’s aim to inspire students to become lifelong learners and gain an appreciation for academics in an environment where excellence is not only encouraged and developed. Therefore, by infusing the ideals of academic excellence, leadership, social responsibility, global awareness at the Kindergarten level, students will grow up with continuity as they matriculate from one grade level to the next.

PRIVILEGES: At The Kingdom Charter School of Leadership, students have the right to academic excellence in mathematics, science and technology through the development of problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and research skills.
SOCIAL CULTURE: The Kingdom Charter School of Leadership fosters a culture of leadership, social awareness and global consciousness. Developing leadership in students is grounded in the belief that building cooperative relationships and nurturing responsibility, kindness, and good judgment is the basis for creating a successful community of learners.
ARMY: Since its inception, parents, guardians and members of the Gloucester Township community have come together with a passion and determination to develop both the educational and service plans for the school. The army of parents and community will continue their involvement through working committees charged with monitoring, assessing and refining The Kingdom Charter School of Leadership’s instructional programs.
